Fara picked up AM and WOLF, and smiled, "Yup, and your gonna love it!" he said, "When did you last have something to eat?" he asked her.

Rajani twitched her ears and stood up to look at Fara.Hmm...i guess its been a day now..i dont know how long i was out..put im guessing all day. She replied as she licked her lips. Now that the mention of food was brought up, she was hungry.

Fara twitched his nose and pounced right infront of him, almost in the water. He tossed a rodent too her, "Watervole, its good!" he said smiling.

Rajani took a few steps back as Fara jumped almost in the water. And then he tossed something small at her. She sniffed the dead body before her of a, watervole. She crouched down and glanced at Fara questionly before pawing the tiny body.
Her mouth watered at the scent of fresh meat before her and in a few seconds she snapped in up and eat it in a few qucik bites. Her tongue ran over her lips, enjoying the taste.Interesting, far better than the food the humans gave me...how did you catch it..i want to learn! She sat up, smiling warmly at him.

FAra smiled, "You have to keep still and listen and smell for were it is, then when you know, even if you can't see it you pounce on it!" he said, knowing this would be the most exiteing adventure yet.

Rajani frowned slightly as she listened to him. She crouch down, ears twitching, she sniffed the air, remembering the smell of the tiny creature she just ate.She slowly moved along the stream in slow carefull paws. She could find the scent of another watervole, but there was something else. she paused to think,hmm..thats rabbit i remember from the place with the humans.. She looked back at Fara.What of rabbit? She asked in a hushed voice.
The rabbit was a few good feet away but Rajani didnt want to take the chance of it hearing them.A rabbit cant be any different from catching a watervole right?She thought

Fara noticed they were downwind, "Just try!" he said, knowing that practice makes perfect.

Rajani nodded to him before continuing. She paused to hide, feeling like if she didnt the rabbit would see her and the hunt would fail. She crouched low to the ground and watched the rabbit for a moment before slipping forwards abit.
Then bunching her hind legs together she launched into the air towards the rabbit. She thought all was going well til it came to landing, the rabbit was running!
Rajani sprinted after it with what looked like ease. Both dived into a bush, it rustled then silence. Rajani walked out with the rabbit in her jaws and dropped it before Fara, panting.

Fara smiled, "Thats good, its hard to pounce on a rabbit!" he said, predicting what Rajani's response would be.

Rajani nodded,Yeah...i should have guessed it would have heard me leap into the air and move before i landed..but hey..i still got it! You can have it..you caught me a watervole so here is a rabbit in return! She said happily and pushed the rabbit with her paw towards him.

Fara laughed slightly, "We shall share!" he said ripping off half of the rabbit to eat. When he was done he shook his fur and flashed her a goofy grin.

Rajani nodded and waited for him to take his half before laying down to slowly eat her's. She laid there once donw with her paws crossed and grooming her pelt.

Halas got up and walked away from the stream, before turning, sprinting and leaping over it, he sat down and waited on the other side for Rajani, what a nice name.

Rajani watched Fara as he suddenly got up and leaped over the stream. She stood up and grinned, tail wagging before launching into a run and leaping over the stream herself. She landed soothely and gracefully.One benifit about humans..they taught me grace, speed, and strength! She said with a smile.Where to now?

Fara laughed slightly, "Easy Tiger!" before starting to walk, "Lets just go in this direction!" he said, smiling at Rajani, "How's your neck feel?" he asked concerned, he would hate to be trapped like that.

Rajani laughed till he asked the question about her neck. She stopped laughing, with a serious look she turned her head from side to side, test her neck then up and down.Its going to be abit stiff but nothing much. She replied and smiled.

Fara nodded as he walked, "Thats good!" he said dropping back a bit so he could walk next to Rajani, he yawned again. It had been a long six months. He stretched his neck. "Did you live on the island before the humans caught you, or did you live elsewere?" he asked her, setting a steady pace.

Rajani followed silently, looking around. But her attention went back to Fara as he asked where she used to live before the humans. A frown crossed her face and she stopped walking.She thought back..but..it was..she couldnt remember...She frowned even more, I dont remember..i must have been very young when they took me...i remember being a pup with the humans...

Fara felt sorry for Rajani, and he turned and padded over. He gave her cheek a friendly lick. "Don't worry, I'm sure someone will know!" he said trying to remember were someone had said a pup had gone missing and human scent was found, but he couldn't.

Rajani's frown faded as Fara walked over. But she didnt smile, she closed her eyes feeling the comforting lick on the cheek.Its ok..even if i did remember..what could i do..would i go find my family? And what if they arent here...im an adult...i need to learn to take care of myself like a wolf. she said softly, trying to change topics.

Rajani could say much but nod before yawning.I can only hope i will survive..i dont even know wolf body lanuage...She thought as she looked away and stared into the shadows of the trees.

Fara sighed slightly as he walked. Sniffing every so often, he loved the woods, it was were he grow up, or was that the sandy beach, or maybe even the snow tops. Everyplace felt like home, felt so safe, even though so many danger's lie out there. He realized the silence between them, and stared ahead awkwardly.

Rajani was silent, she enjoyed the silence. It gave her time to think and observe her surroundings. But when she glanced at Fara she noticed he seemed uneasy or something.She thought for a moment to think of something to say, but nothing came to mind.
She looked away from him, unsure what to do. So instead she looked at her paws, which turned on fire. Each pawprint she made glowed with dieing embers but they never caught fire, nor would they ever, not even her flamming paws could set something on fire.
